Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of funds. Should there be any unavoidable delays or problems with the order we will e-mail you to discuss options. We will always endeavour to ensure customer satisfaction and we make every effort to meet customer requirements.

• All of our templates are for personal use only.
• You are permitted to sell the cards and models you make.
• You must personally create or handcraft the items you wish to sell.
• Selling items produced by any hired employees for the purpose of profit are NOT allowed.
• Items you offer for sale must clearly show that they were created using Keepsakes by designs templates by note similar to this - “item created using template by “keepsakes-by-design.com”.
  
• Selling of the templates in any format, electronically or other, is strictly prohibited
• Selling the die cuts produced from our templates is strictly prohibited
