May I sell the cards and models I make?
Yes.
You may make Cards and other hand-crafted items, such as 3D models , Envelopes, Gift Boxes & Bags etc with the templates you've purchased from 'Keepsakes by Design' and offer them for sale or donate them to a charity for them to offer for sale.
You may also use any of our Free Gifts in similar way
You must personally create or handcraft the items you wish to sell. Items produced by any hired employees for the purpose of profit are NOT allowed.
Make as many items as you wish. If you make something especially wonderful, consider sending me a photograph as it’s always lovely for me to see how my products are used and I will with your agreement publish on my gallery pages.
Do I need to state that I have used 'Keepsakes by design products?
YES especially if you advertise for sale on internet - I suggest something like “item created using template by “keepsakes-by-design.com”.
May I create Card Toppers, Die-Cuts or other items for people to make their own cards, and ofher them for sale?
NO - you are strictly prohibited from selling such items and is in breach of the condition of sale of these templates
May I print out the items and sell them as printed sheets? -
